Belgian Lima has our legendary salsa dip in glass, agar-agar, sea salt and of course milk substitutes. What's special about Lima is that the milk substitutes (rice, soy, oats, spelt) are fermented 3 times for easier digestion and optimal nutrient absorption for people who struggle with this.
